Ben’s Overnight Oats with Mixed Berries

Ingredients:
75gms Whole Rolled Porridge Oats
250ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
31gms Coconut Cream
100gms Mixed Berry Medley (Or any berries!)
2gms Organic Desiccated Coconut
1scp Whey Protein Powder
Method:
1) Pour 75gms of oats into shaker 1.
2) Pour 200ml of almond milk into shaker 2.
3) Add 1 scoop of protein to the almond milk and shake it up until all mixed in.
4) Pour the almond milk into shaker 1 and mix through.
5) Place shaker 1 in the fridge and leave for 30 minutes to soak in.
6) Remove shaker 1 from the fridge, place the mixed berries in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds.
7) Mix the mixed berries into shaker 1 and add desiccated coconut to finish!
