Body Weight E3MOM!

Dave and Gina coming at ya with another outdoor workout! This time it's body weight only and is fun for all abilities! It's an E3MOM which means "Every 3 minutes On the Minute". So essentially, the quicker you get through the exercises, the more time you will have remaining from the 3 minutes and the longer rest you have! Sneaky!

The workout- For 15 minutes, every 3 minutes you must perform-

- 10 x Squats
- 10 metre walking lunges
- 10 x press ups
- 10 metre walking lunges (again)
- 10 x Butterly sit ups
- 10 x Shuttle runs (10 metres)
Total= 5 rounds
