Dave's Ascending Ladder AMRAP

Dave rounds off the week nicely with another of his wonderful outdoor workouts. This time, it's a 12 minute ascending ladder AMRAP. Although, not one to change his ways, this one still contains running! See if you can spot the mistake in the second round!

The Workout-
Set your timer for 12 minutes.

First you will do-
1 x Squat-press (each arm)
1 x Squat Thruster
1 x Shuttle Run

You will then do-
2 x Squat-press (each arm)
2 x Squat Thruster
2 x Shuttle Run

Then 3, 4, 5 etc until the 12 minutes is up. Your aim is to get as many rounds as possible in the 12 minutes.

Have a go with a partner to spice things up and make it more competitive and fun!
