Dave's HIIT Ladder

Today Dave brings us a descending HIIT ladder whilst unveiling his fabulous new lid. Like it or lump it folks, he claims the buzz cut will be around for a while.
This workout consists of 4 exercises, you will start at 10 repetitions of each exercise, then 9, then 8 and so on until you reach the bottom of the 'Ladder' (1 rep). The aim of the game is to complete the ladder as quickly as possible whilst trying to keep your form. In true HIIT style make sure you go all out and leave nothing in the tank! This is a short, simple yet brutal workout!

The exercises -
- Squat thruster
- Sprint lunge (two jumps= 1 rep)
- Lying bupka
- Push-up hand lift
