Our weekly PT sessions are always the highlight of my week in the gym, Meg pushes me out of my comfort zone and we have a right laugh along the way! People often ask if we are exercising our mouths by chatting so much.

After 6 months of training together I feel so strong and confident in the gym! Especially on days I seem to be the sweatiest and reddest face in the gym, I know I've worked hard and pushed myself.
Our exercise programme is awesome, we have the perfect mix of strength, accessory and conditioning with an amazing community all digging deep and getting it done! Every workout is different which keeps it fun but you still get to see your progress week by week!
