Foot Health!

For the next couple of weeks, Mike is going to be taking us through some exercises to help improve our foot mobility and overall health in preparation for lower body training sessions and running. This is an area we often overlook but spending some time looking after our feet will help with performance and preventing injuries. Give them a try!

Do 3 rounds of-
- Toe lifts (try to place one toes down at a time) x 1 minute per foot
- Knee semi- circles x 1 minute
- Heel lift to squat x 1 minute
