Full Body Workout 1

Ben is up to take you through a complete full body workout that gets you pumping!

Although the exercises are bodyweight focused, aim to build that intensity by focusing on strict form throughout! Listen in for his coaching points, and smash through each exercise like a champ!

Warm Up:

Complete 3 Rounds of:
- Wide Mountain Climbers with Thoracic Rotation x 10 Each Side
- Toe Grab Squats x 10
- Plank Shoulder Taps x 15 Each Side

Main Session:

1) Cyclist Squats - 4 x 20
(1.a) Supine Rows - 4 x 12-15
*Rest 30 Seconds between each set.

(2) Single Leg Hip Thrust - 3 x 12 Each Leg
(2.a) Chair Tricep Dips - 3 x 12
*Rest 30 Seconds between each set.

Complete 3 Rounds of:
(3) Hollow Body Holds x 20-30 Seconds
(3.a) Side Lying Leg Raises x 20 Each Side
(3.b) Push Ups x 12-15
