Handstands with Mike 2

It's time for the second helping of Mike's handstand series! There's two drills to help you today. One to help you with keeping your handstand shape and the other is a little more dynamic. He gives us lots of tips today on both movements, so listen through a couple of time to be sure you are getting the most from your practice.

The exercises-
- Bunny hop 3 x 12
- Overhead stick lift 3 x 12

Try to do these 2-3 times a week and remember to keep us posted on your upside down progress!
