Master the art of Handstands!

This video takes us onto the next stage of our journey to the wonderful world of handstands! We get to try some handstand holds, but not before warming up our wrists first! Mike shows us some great warm ups for them below. Once you have done this it's onto some drills. Find a nice big space to prevent any accidents and get practicing!

Wrist warm ups (3 rounds)-
- Palms upwards to fist x 10
- Hand heel lifts x 10
- Kneeling reverse hand rocks x 10
- Finger tips to palms

Handstands Drills-
- Split leg balance 3 x 10
