Handstands with Mike

Who wants to learn to handstand?! It's a cool party trick that's for sure!


Due to popular demand, handstands with Mike is back! Today's he's going to be giving us some handy hints and tips to help strengthen your shoulders and wrists. He's also looking at midline strength and keeping that handstand shape. Grab a chair/stool, find some space and follow Mike through these movements. Try and run through them 3 times a week alongside your usual training routine.
