Indoor HIIT Workout with Dave

Come and get involved in Dave's 12 minute rainy day HIIT workout! The weather has turned and all of a sudden the novelty of smashing outdoor session has worn off. No worries! This workout is simple and quick yet effective! No kit needed, just a bit of space and some energy.
Let's go!!!

Heres the workout-

Four Rounds of 30 sec on /15 off -
1-Mountain Climber x 4 - Star Jump x 4
2- Squat Jump x 1 - Lunges x 1 (each leg)
3- Plank High x 1 - Plank Low x 1
4- Press up x 1 - Squat Thrust x 1
