Its All In The Hips!

So you're spending more time at home, and we all know what this is going to lead to...

More time sat down, more time being sedentary, and more time not moving! Simply put - this is bad! Don't panic though; Tammy has you covered with some simple exercises to get those hips loose and moving again, preventing any unwanted tightness in those hips!

The Exercises:

Complete 2 Rounds of:
- Seated Hip Rotations (Heels On Floor) x 10 Each Side
- Lying Crucifix x 10 Each Side
- Lunge x 10 Each Leg
- Squats x 20
