Mat and Ella Take Their Training Outdoors!

Yo yo!

So today Mat Williams took his daughter, Ella, through a pretty hefty training session as part of her P.E. lesson!

For those with children, use this session to make sure they get their exercise in! Alternatively, build this session into your own training routine.

If you have some fitness equipment at home, or milk cartons and containers filled with water; you can use these to add resistance to your training! Get inventive!

This was a full body workout, and the whole session is below:

Warm Up:


5 Minutes As Many Rounds As Possible

- High Knees x 20 Sec
- Side Plank Rotations x 5 Each Side
- Body Rocks x 20 Seconds
- Plank Shoulder Taps x 6 Each Side

Main Session:


Complete 3 Rounds of:

1) Dumbbell Thrusters x 10
2) Banded Rows x 12
3) Walking Lunges x 12
4) Plate Floor To Overhead x 10
Rest 1 Minute Between Exercises.
