Mike Shows Us His Breakfast Protein Smoothie!

Everyone loves a smoothie, right?!

Have a watch and find out what gets Mike fuelled up for the day ahead!

This super simple and easy to prepare smoothie is great for those that struggle to make a solid breakfast meal. With plenty of protein and natural sugars, you will begin your day energised for sure!

Ingredients:
- 150ml Apple Juice
- 1cup Dark Sweet Frozen Cherries
- 1.5cup Kale
- 1.5scp Unflavoured Protein Powder

Method:
1) Mix all the ingredients into a blender shaker
2) Switch that blender on and mix it all up!
3) Enjoy!
