Outdoor Kettlebell Workout!

For today's outdoor workout Dave and his lovely assistant Gina are bringing you a kettlebell routine that focuses on stability and strength in the overhead position, whilst giving you a full body workout. It will also challenge your core. This follows on nicely from Dave's "Anti-rotation" video we posted last week- check it out of you haven't already seen it!
Back to today, you will just need a single kettlebell or dumbbell and something to mark out 4 corners of a square, each length should be roughly 10 metres. You will then work your way around the square performing the exercises below. The aim is to complete the full circuit without putting your weight down. Rest and repeat it another 4 times.

Outdoor Kettlebell Workout-

- 10 x Single-arm Thruster (right)
- 10m Farmer's walk (right)
- 10 x Snatch (right)
- 10m Waiter's carry (right)
- 10 x Single-arm Thruster (left)
- 10m Farmer's walk (left)
- 10 x Snatch (left)
- 10m Waiter's carry (left)
2 minutes rest then repeat x 4 (5 rounds in total)
