Outdoor Partner Chipper workouts!

For today's socially distanced buddy workout, we have a partner chipper workout with Dave and Gina! The idea of a chipper is to work your way through all the reps of one exercise and then move on to the next set. Your aim is to get through all exercises as quickly as you can. As this is a partner workout you will get plenty of rest, so make sure you go all out when its your turn! Do this for 2 rounds with 1 minute rest between rounds and see if you can go faster on your second time through.

The Exercises-

- 100 Mountain climbers
- 90 Squats
- 80 Reverse lunges
- 70 Ankle taps
- 60 Knee hugs
- 50 Scissor kicks
- 40 Step push ups
- 30 Squat thrusts
- 20 Stand ups
- 10 Sprints (40m)
1 min Rest and repeat!
