Partner Kettlebell Challenge

Today Dave and Gina go head to head in a partner kettlebell challenge. They must face 7 rounds of work with a one minute rest in between each round. But, the forfeit for the loser of each round is 3 burpees and therefore gets less rest. No fair :-( Try and choose a light-medium kb so you can focus on pace whilst keeping form good.

The question is- who will be the champ?
Sidenote: Dave’s KB was a mere 4kg more than Gina’s despite him being 40kg (nearly 2/3 of her body weight) heavier than her. Just saying....

The Workout-

- 10 x swings
- 10 x goblet squats
- 10 x push press (5 each arm)
- 3 x burpees (for the loser only)
- 1 min rest, repeat for 7 rounds
