P.E Time With Tammy and Bella!

Tammy has thrown together a circuit for Bella to complete as part of her P.E lesson today!

Notice how Tammy has used the trampoline in her back yard and the steps to add cardiovascular based elements to the session? Have a look outside of your own homes and try to find something you can use in your own training!

Timings for this one are simple - 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest. Go for 3 full rounds! Max effort!
