Running Drills to Improve Your Extension!

When it comes to running and improving their times, many people are held back due to poor running technique. We all know we need the correct footwear, we have probably heard something about running gait, but do you know that poor hip extension when running can prevent you from making progress on your mile times? Well it can! Listen to Tammy as she shows you some exercises that will really test your hip extension out!

The Exercises:
- Squat to Hip Extension x 20
- Lunge Drive Extension x 10 Each Leg
- Banded Hip Extension High Knee Drive x 10-20 Seconds (5 Rounds)
- Bunny Hops (Maintain Forward Hip Movement) x 20
- Bound to Hip Extension x 10

Give these a go, and you may notice your running technique loosen up... and the improvements may soon follow!
