Strength Fundamentals (Episode Three)

Right then U7 team! We are now on to the third session of our strength fundamentals series with Mike. In this week's episode we are looking at strength and stability in the shoulder, lower back strength and some work in the deep squat position.
Shoulder stability work will assist any over-head or upper body strength movements, whilst the lower back exercise will really improve overall core strength. In addition to this, spending time getting comfortable in the bottom of a squat, will really help you get closer to that elusive pistol (single leg squat).
Give these a go and watch your strength sky rocket!
