Strengthen and Improve Your Running with These Exercises!
Following on from the last video where Tammy was looking specifically at the ability to successfully extend the hips during your running pattern; she now moves on to look at strengthening and mobilising the muscles around the hip so that extension can be achieved.
Staying on top of your mobility and strength work is so important when it comes to improving your running, but also prolonging your running life by remaining injury free!
Complete 3 Rounds of:
- Banded Monster Walks x 15-20 Reps
- Mountain Climbers x 15-20 Reps Each Leg
- Wall Squat x 20 Reps
