Strongman Training... With Carrier Bags!

Tyler gets inventive with his training today, as he aims to stay on track for his Strongman competitions he has coming up later in the year!

Tyler adapts his training by using carrier bags, and loads them up with cans and other items to increase the weight. Go as heavy as you want to, but double the bags up if you need! We don't want those bags breaking when you're mid-lift!

The Exercises:

- Straight Arm Hold
- Farmers Walk
- Overhead Press (with broom handle - stay controlled or the bags will slip off!)
