This one is a descending ladder, so remember to work your way from 10 down to 1 rep on each exercise in a circuit format. Tasty!
Barbell Complex:
Males: Aim to use 40KG
Females: Aim to use 25KG
- Back Rack Lunges x 10-1 Each Leg
- Back Squat x 10-1
- Plank Rotations x 10-1 Each Way
