Complete As Fast As Possible:
(1) Supine Ring Rows - 10-8-6-4-2
(1.a) Kettlebell Clean and Press - 10-8-6-4-2
Pick a kettlebell that tests you, but are still able to maintain form.
Remember, you must complete both the first exercise and the second exercise before moving onto the next round!
