When it comes to dieting, keeping it simple is the way forward. Most people could break their calorie requirements down into two categories when it comes to approaching each meal: 1) Low calorie for those looking to lose weight, or maintain a weight that isn't heavy; or, 2) High calorie for those that are looking to bulk up, add muscle, or maintain a heavier weight. Here, Tyler shows you two smoothies that cover both options off for you!

Low Calorie Smoothie:

Calories: 410
Protein: 40gms
Carbohydrate: 40gms
Fat: 10gms

What You Need:
- Blender
- Measuring Jug / Shaker

Ingredients:
100gm Mixed Berries
1 Whole Egg
1 Scoop Whey Protein
25gms Frozen/Fresh Spinach
1 Banana
200ml Semi Skimmed Milk

High Calorie Smoothie:

Calories: 974
Protein: 60gms
Carbohydrate: 116gms
Fat: 30gms

Ingredients:
100gm Mixed Berries
1 Whole Egg
1 Scoop Whey Protein
25gms Frozen/Fresh Spinach
1 Banana
100gms Oats
500ml Full Fat Milk
