Mike gives a quick chat about how sitting might not actually be that bad for you, depending on how you sit. Sitting in different positions whilst working from home will help you to stay mobile and increase the range of motion going through your hips and lower body. Think about sitting on the floor, and a whole range of other places, and find your general mobility improve.
