Education is at the heart of Mat’s personal training, with a strong belief in sustainable, achievable, healthy living, and the need to enjoy what you do.
He is an advocate of effective and varied training methods to build strength, and believes that this will positively impact other peoples lives. Mat is known for his approachable and personable nature, and has built a motivated group of clients who have all shown great improvements in their training.
Mat has high expectations of himself and those that train with him, but always ensures an enjoyable training experience.
