Evie has been training for over 7 years now and has learnt a lot along the way! The lessons learned, and knowledge she has picked up over the years has informed her own training and helped her to develop into a passionate and evidence-based, successful coach.

As someone who loves competition, she has been involved in sport from a young age. Currently she plays netball a few times per week with a fantastic group of girls of which she has the privilege to captain her team in the county league! 

Evie’s expertise lies in helping women who are just beginning their journey or are returning to fitness after some time away. She takes time to listen to her clients, understanding where they are at, and then designing programmes and delivering relevant coaching that is tailored to her clients’ requirements. Further to this, Evie has experience working with clients who are looking to either build muscle, lose fat, or just simply seeking support in their own lives to build healthy and sustainable habits that can be consistently stuck to.  

With her bubbly and sociable personality, Evie can quickly build rapport with her clients, and this ensures a professional but open coach-client relationship that is built on trust and a strong desire to see every client of hers reach their potential. Having built such strong relationships with her clients, this allows her to plan sessions that are fun and as effective as possible, to help drive results that are specific to them.
