3 Warm up Ideas!

We all know that warming up is essential in order to avoid injury and to getting your body moving freely before smashing your training. But it doesn't haven't to be boring! Gina and Jacob got together to show us 3 fun warm ups suitable for all different types of workouts.

1-Junkyard Dog.
- Great for before explosive/ power training or sports for example olympic lifting.
- Perform 10 reps (of both variations) then swap with your partner.

2- Dynamic Whole Body Warm up.
- Ideal for before any routine that requires your whole body to feel warm and mobile, such as a HIIT session.
- Complete the sequence x 10 in sync with your partner.

3- Running Drills
- Perfect before a run or any sport that requires running and quick direction changes, like Football and Rugby.
- Complete all six shuttles 4-5 times.
