Abs Squared

Add some abs to your fitness programming with this fun partner/ group workout for up to 4 people! Smash out 10 reps, then jump up and try and beat your buddy or buddies to the next exercise!

Here's how it works-

- Set up 4 stations to create a square, each corner will be a different core exercise. Make sure the space between each one should be about 10 metres apart.
- To begin, start off on opposite corners of the square, complete 10 reps and then do one full lap of the square before moving onto the next exercise.
- 1 min rest time starts as soon as the first person has finished all four stations.
- Repeat 4 times
- Note how the slow coach gets the least rest, so you better move quick!

The four core exercises are-

1- See Saws x 10
2- Knee Hugs x 10
3- Wipers x 10
4- Bupkas
