What is this festive event?
This event is a SOCIAL event where we want to welcome anyone of any ability or gender to come, celebrate Christmas with us, and challenge themselves to set a new personal best in the 3 powerlifting lifts amongst an encouraging and supportive atmosphere!
Equipped or unequipped, we aren't bothered. All that matters is that you get under the bar and enjoy yourself!
If you hit a PB, go you! Grab some food and have fun. If you don't hit a PB, so what? Grab a drink and enjoy yourself!
So what can you expect on the day?

- Assortment of festive drinks
- Festive cheer
- Santa outfits and general Christmas outfits
- Heavy ass weights being lifted in the form of Squat, Bench and Deadlift!
