Gina's 10th Run!

In today's update it seems things are going well for Gina and her running goals. Despite a small niggle in her foot last week, she has now reached run number 10 and is really getting into the swing of things. However, she has decided to dial back her running somewhat to twice a week, as a way to avoid aggravating her foot too much.
Remember, it's important when programming that you schedule in adequate rest and try not to overtrain, which is tempting during these times when there's not a lot to do! If you are itching for a workout try something different or focus on another body part.
