How Fast Can You Do 100 Sit Ups... With A Twist...

Ben is up with a nice challenging workout for you that will test those abs, as well as your lungs!

The aim of this challenge is to complete 100 sit ups in the least amount of minutes (rounds) possible. Easy I hear you say! But you have to perform 10 burpees at the start of each minute (round) and complete the sit ups in the time remaining of that minute (round). Oh.

Here is how the workout looks as an example:

Minute 1: 10 x Burpees completed in 30 seconds, then 10 x Sit Ups completed in 30 seconds.
Minute 2: 10 x Burpees completed in 40 seconds, then 5 x Sit Ups completed in 20 seconds.
Etc.

From the above example, after 2 rounds the person would have only been on 15 sit ups with 85 sit ups still to go! Make sense? Good.

Now get to work!
