- Split Squat with Foot on Sofa
- Split Squat with Foot on Sofa + Jump
- Incline Press Up on Sofa
- Incline Press Up (Knees) on Sofa
- Decline Press Up Feet on Sofa
- Step Up on Sofa
- Step Up on Sofa into Reverse Deficit Lunge
- Leg Raise (Hold onto Sofa)
- Leg Raise into Extension (Hold onto Sofa)

Increasing Intensity - Training Methods:

- Time Under Tension
- Tempo (controlled lowering phase, explode away)
- Peripheral Heart Action Circuits
