It's an Animal!!
Train like a beast this Friday with the latest of our social distance partner workouts! As you already know there is one common theme with all the exercises- they all have animal names! There's one that technically doesn't but in our opinion they are still animals... have you spotted it?
The workout comes in the form of a warm up and then 3 sections. It dynamic, fun and there's a lot of movements you might not have done before. Great for working out with the kids too, they could even think up some of their own!
It's an Animal-
Warm up- 3 Rounds-
- Down Dog x 30 sec
- Crocodile x 30 sec
- Up Dog x 30 sec
- Child's Pose x 30 sec
- Cat into Cow x 30 sec
- Spider walks
Part 1- Partner relay-
10 m Bear Crawl, 10 m Crab walk then swap.
Repeat x 30 (15 each)
Part 2- 10 EMOM-
Every Minute on the Minute perform 10m Inchworm and 10m Frog Leap
Part 3- Giant set. 4 rounds of-
- Gecko x 30 sec
- Turtle x 30 sec
- Frogger x 30
- Rest x 40 sec
