Mobility with Mike - Episode 3
Mike teaches us about hip mobility in today's video. Tight hips are a very common feature in a lot of us. Even more so now that we are all probably sitting down for longer periods of time due to 'Lockdown Lifestyle'. This routine is great to use as a mobiliser before a lower body workout or a run.
The Exercises -
- Ankle slides x 30 seconds each side
- 45/45 Bow x 30 seconds each side
- Straddle reach x 1 minute
Be sure to take your time, move slowly and avoid any pain during the movements.
