Before you so it, no, this shouldn't be in the nutrition section! Movement snacks aren't food you eat whilst walking!

Now listen in as Mike gets you away from your laptop/TV, and gets you moving for a short break!

Get stuck in to these exercises below and notice how a quick 10 minute movement snack can really lift your mood and energy, quickly!

1) Squat Flow
- Focus on hip mobility
- Strength
- Range of motion and control

2) 90/90
- External rotation of the hip
- Core strength

Make sure to check out the difficulty levels that Mike shows you for each exercise. Perform each exercise for 1-2 minutes, and enjoy!
