Tabata 2 - legs
Gina is back gifting us with the next workout in her Tabata series. Tabata workouts are perfect blast for when you are short on time!
In this video, the focus is on legs; everyone loves to train legs! And rightly so! They contain the largest muscle groups in the body there for as far as ‘bang for your buck” goes, leg workouts are the most effective for maximum calorie burn.
Remember, Tabata is 20 sec on/10 sec off x 8 (4 min) for EACH exercise. Allow 1 min rest between each 4 min round.
The exercises are
- Squat jumps
- Single-leg deadlift
- Jump lunges
- Bulgarian split squats
