I have been working as a personal trainer since 2013. It was the best move I ever made! My training & coaching experience is extensive, having been involved in various sports before progressing to rowing, strength & conditioning, Taekwondo, running, cycling and HYROX fitness racing.
Sustained success in anything is achieved by initiating & improving habits that facilitate the desired outcomes.
