From a young age, Poppy showed a passion for sports, excelling in netball at a competitive level. However, during her teenage years Poppy struggled with her body image, which led to an eating disorder. Determined to regain control over her health, nutrition, and fitness, Poppy discovered a profound love for weight training.
Poppy finds great joy in helping others get started on their fitness journeys. She is dedicated to guiding individuals to develop a love for training while achieving their weight loss, strength, and body image goals. Poppy firmly believes that fitness is not solely a physical endeavour; it also offers immense benefits for mental health.
One of Poppy's primary passions is empowering young girls to build confidence and a love for fitness and weight training, just as she did. Through her own personal experiences and professional expertise, she aims to inspire and support others in transforming their lives through fitness.
