Sport has always been a huge part of Tom’s life, having played football and then turned to rugby once he realised his feet didn't work for him all too well. Tom needed to pack on some size to help with his rugby playing and this is what first got Tom into the gym and fitness. After gathering a few rugby-related injuries, Tom was left with the gym, and luckily had already fallen in love with training by this point.

Having spent 5 years teaching physical education to children, he decided he will make the switch to coaching adults. The experiences of coaching both children and adults has given him a breadth of knowledge and understanding as to how he can approach each client to get the most out of them.

Tom loves a challenge. As a result, he has previously turned his focus and set his sights on training to compete in a natural bodybuilding competition that took place in July 2020. With that box ticked, Tom switched his focus to powerlifting, where he has quite literally gone from strength to strength. Through all of Tom’s endeavours, the thing that stands out the most is his willingness and ability to learn, then understand how best to apply his knowledge to his clients.

For Tom, there is no bigger buzz than seeing his clients achieve their goals.

Tom continually demonstrates that he:
- Loves a challenge.
- Motivates and inspires his clients.
- Is friendly, open and approachable.
- Understands and has knowledge of the principles of training and dieting to achieve set goals.
- Is able to provide some decent banter (occasionally).
