3 Thoracic Extension Exercises
Do you find your shoulders roll forwards, you have a slumped posture or do you struggle to get in to the overhead position? This could well be down to poor mobility in your Thoracic spine (upper back). Here Dave give us 3 exercises that will help improve your Thoracic extension and in turn your posture and mobility during your workouts.
Here's the exercises.Hold for 20-30 seconds and repeat 2-3 times-
- Foam Roll Thoracic Extension (use a football or similar if no foam roller)
- Kneeling Elbows on Chair Extension
- Standing Wall Crucifix
