So you have a resistance band, but are looking for exercises you can use to get your upper body working? Look no further as Jacko takes you through some simple, easy-to-perform, upper body, banded exercises!

The Exercises:
- Resistance Band Row
- Banded Lateral Raises
- Banded Press Ups
- Banded Bicep Curls

Remember:
- To add tension and increase the resistance of the band, wrap your hands around the band.
- Play around with sets and reps to ensure you overload the muscle groups!
- Jacko highlights different methods of training that include normal reps, half-reps, static isometric holds, reps till failure, and pulses/partials.
