You know how it is... it’s Lockdown 2020, you're working from home, home schooling the kids, or worse - both! Then after lunch, BAM!! A sleepy slump hits you and you want nothing more than to crawl into bed for an hour. Well, DON’T DO IT!!!

1- Wall Sit Challenge
A real leg burner! You all line up in a squat position, legs at 90 degrees with backs against the wall and arms folded, elbows high. The winner is the last one standing. The champ is the best of 3.
2- The Alphabet Game (with a twist)
A different take on the classic alphabet game. Pick a topic then all get into a tall plank position. Take it in turns to jump up and shout out your answer to your chosen topic and work your way through the alphabet. Remember the youngest starts first and the winner is either the one still holding their plank when all else have fallen or the only person to come up with an answer every time. Murder for the shoulders!
3- The Diamond Warm Up
A fave with us group exercise instructors. Put “Diamonds” by Rihanna on loud. Every time she says “diamond” you must all perform a burpee (chest to floor please). Simple as that. Sadly there is so winner in this game. Starts real slow but trust me, it soon gets spicy!
