100 Rep Checkout Session

Will goes in hard with today's circuit style session! Setting a maximum repetition number to reach of 100 sets you up to complete the session in a number of ways! You can either complete each exercise one at a time until you hit 100 reps, or you can work around in a circuit completing rounds until you hit 100 reps for each of the exercises in the circuit! You choose how this session goes down, so make a decision and get stuck in!

Before beginning, choose how many repetitions you will be completing for each set (minimum of 10, maximum of 20). Then either stick to one exercise until all sets are complete, or move around each exercise in a circuit until you hit 100 reps for all exercises!

For an added challenge, try to complete the circuit as fast as possible!

The Exercises:
- Pistol Squat onto Chair (Each Leg)
- Cushion Pass Overs
- Diamond Press Up
- Reverse Lunge to Forward Lunge
