Gina's Dog Workout!

So if anyone has watched any of Gina's videos, you might have noticed a regular appearance from one household member in particular...
That’s right, you guessed it! It’s Boo the dog! Her right hand man and main training buddy. With this in mind she decided to get Boo involved even more and design her best work out yet! All you need is a small to medium sized dog or cat, a jar of peanut butter and a load of energy!

Here's the exercises-

- Dog Lunges 3 x 20
- "Don't crush the Dog" Plank 3 x 1 min
- Single-arm row 3 x 10-15
- Doglet Squats 3 x 20
- Bicep Dog curl 3 x 10-12
- Syncro burpees 3 x 10
- Sit up and high five 3 x 20
- Lying dog press 3 x 15
- Weighted press up 3 x 10
