'The Hateful 8' Partner Workout!
Gina and Dave have been off galavanting in the fields again to bring us another partner workout! Designed so that you can do it from a safe distance but still get to train with your buddy!
Today's workout is called The Hateful 8 and it is a 8 minute synchro AMRAP. This means your movements have to be synchronised and need to do as many rounds as you can within the 8 minutes. You will need a kettlebell or failing that a dumbbell will do. If you have no kit at all, then simply swap out exercise but keep the reps and timing the same!
This one is real fun guys, so call up your buddy, get out in the great outdoors and smash the workout!
The Hateful 8-
- 8 x Single-arm kettlebell swings
- 8 x Down-ups
- 8 x Kettlebell clean and jerk
