-Partner A - 5m, 10m and 20m Shuttle run
-Partner B - Squat Jumps
Then swap
Part 2
-Partner A - 5m, 10m and 20m Shuttle run
-Partner B - Press ups
Repeat part 1 and part 2 three times!
