Handstands with Mike 3

We are now onto the third instalment of Mike's handstand series. We hope your handstands are coming along nicely!
Today he is showing us two exercises- one is more strength based to really help us get in the handstand shape. The other will improve with mobility in the shoulders and upper body. Mike offers lots of progressions and regressions to make the movements more challenging or slightly easier. Choose the one you are most comfortable with then gradually try to challenge yourself more.

The Exercises -
- 3 x Shoulder dislocations 1 min
- 3 x Floor Press 30 - 60sec
