New Training Research Update

As U7 coaches, we pride ourselves on staying up to date with current training methods and research that can help you all to achieve your training goals. Dave, and the rest of the team have looked into the current research coming out of the exercise and sports science field and found some key information that will help to boost your training.

Dave covers off a few of the main points we found that have begun to circulate online; and these topics are:

1) Increasing core temperature to improve calorie burn.
2) Warm up correctly to ensure glute strength development.
3) Maximise your protein uptake whilst saving money.
